FUN DAY ON WATER & END OF SUMMER BBQ!!!
SATURDAY 28TH AUGUST
To mark the end of the wonderful summer holidays, Fingal Sailing School and Wind & Wave are hosting an end of summer BBQ & Fun Day on the water on Saturday 28th August!!
In addition to the sailing & windsurfing sessions detailed below, throughout the day we will have full use of our kayaks, windsurfing gear, Sups & sailing boats on offer for whoever wants to give it a shot!
Our centre, facilities & gear will be available for anyone to use throughout the day: all for a cover charge of just €5 per person for the full day.
Now isn’t that a cheap fun way to end your summer??!!!
So, The Plan for the DAY is as follows:
Kick off Saturday 28th 10.00am
We will run 3 sailing & 3 windsurfing sessions throughout the day, fully qualified instructors will provide tuition and coaching for all session:
Session Times
10.30 – 12.00
12.30 – 2.00
2.30 – 4.00
For windsurfing there will be a max of 7 people per class & Sailing has a max of 10 people: so put your name down early to ensure your place is secure. Simply reply to this mail or call us on 8451979 to book your spot!
All kayaks & SUPs will be available throughout the day, so its a great opportunity to come down with the family & give it a go.
Then at 4.30 we’ll finish the day with a fun race for all: so all windsurfers, sailors, kayakers & SUP’s will race against each other in the Grand Finale!!!
Our BBQ & tuk shop will be open on the deck to keep you fed & warmed up after your session!
Fun day will end at 5pm.
